Keith has 20 + years of business and legal experience at both public and privately held companies, including DineEquity, Inc. (Franchisor & Owner of IHOP and Applebee’s Restaurants), Guess Inc., and most recently at Centerplate, Inc. where as a member of the executive leadership team he helped make the brand the leader in live event hospitality with annual sales of $1B. Keith has extensive experience working with NFL, NHL, and MLB ownership and the front office and was instrumental in Centerplate securing the Food and Beverage rights to Super Bowl 50.
Matilda has over 15 years of management experience across technology, sports, and media & entertainment sectors. Most recently she built out the digital strategy group for the National Football League’s (NFL’s) west coast media operations. She has also spent time as a management consultant with McKinsey & Co. and as a product manager in Silicon Valley. Matilda began her career in investment banking. She is currently a Managing Partner at her family office (Sung Capital Partners), and is responsible for all seed and early stage investments. Matilda is an active member of Tech Coast Angels and an advisor to a number of startups. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University in Canada and an MBA from University of California Berkeley Haas School of Business.

He’s operated America’s biggest sports and entertainment complex; built and executed a televised NCAA basketball Classic atop an active aircraft carrier; designed and planned America’s most successful regional sports network; advises clients on how to buy, sell or relocate their professional sports teams; and consults clients every day on how to successfully compete in the sports and entertainment marketplace.
